Goldinn Residance

Mahmutlar has become an important center for domestic and foreign tourists, together with the urban settlements and hotels in the region. Bananas and avocados are the main livelihoods of the region. With an understanding that attaches importance to integration, Mahmutlar is a social and international place with its 22 sister cities. As Alanya Home Company, we are here with the Goldinn Residence project.

Our project consists of 6 floors.

- 25 units of 1+1 on the first 5 floors,

- There are 5 2+1 duplexes on the 6th floor.

It is only 2,5km from the beach. The main social activities of our project are;

   Construction Manufacturing Details:

- First class quality products will be used in all decorative products.

- Quality and energy efficiency are essential in all electrical and mechanical products.

- The elevator will be silent, double-speed, and the cabins will be mirrored and have spotlights.

- All ceramics in the building will be 1st class TSE certified.

- Satin plastic paint over gypsum plaster will be applied to all walls and ceilings.

- Living room and rooms will be laminate flooring in accordance with the design.

- Flat entrance doors will be steel doors. It will be modern looking, with binoculars, double safety.

- Kitchen and living room doors will be glazed and other rooms will be lacquered doors without glass.

- All exterior windows will be double-glazed with double glazing, and the joinery will be made of 1st class aluminum-based material.

- Site Garden will be under control with security cameras.

- Heat and sound insulation will be made with high-end products.
